Sagittarians are the intellectual type. It’s easy for them to learn about new things. Thus, they can get bored easily. They’re the adventurous people who are not afraid of taking risks. It won’t be a surprise for this person to switch jobs everytime they see fit (meaning when they get tired of the what they’re doing which can happen all the time or until they find the perfect job for them). The archer is known to aim for high goals but no matter how much they make or how high the position is, if they feel they’re getting caged in they will look for something else. Below is a brief explanation and tips of what you can do If you’re a Sagittarian and are unhappy of your current career (or finding it hard to figure out what your next career move is) or if you work with a Sagittarian and would like to improve your work relations with him/her.
Figure out what you are good at and what you love doing.
Because a Sagittarian has a lot of interests they also have a lot of big ideas and they are very optimistic about these. They won’t mind investing all the time and resources they have for a certain project. A lot of Sagittarians are entreprenuers so they get into their own businesses and most of them succeed on this. Having a good grasp of the bigger picture might also help them be good managers. They see the big picture and then share it with the team so they can work on it. It won’t be hard as Sagittarians are natural born teachers. They are good at interacting with people and they have the patience to explain their ideas to them. That being said, Sagittarians can also be teachers and writers. The archer loves challenges. He wouldn’t mind a bit of pressure (as a matter of fact, he is good under pressure) because he likes finishing things he already started. He is very active and also love the out-doors so a career in sports, travel or tourism might be suitable.
To sum that up, the more active Sagittarians lean on sports and traveling/tourism, where they can meet people and move around a lot. On the other hand, the more intellectual types can go for more intellectual professions as trading, law and business.
Sagittarians as a boss.
Generally, Sagittarian bosses are easy to get along with. They are very generous when giving bonuses or a raise specially with employees who they know are working well. They can also be generous with time or deadlines and are very reasonable … most of the times. So if you’re having a hard time keeping up with the deadline he might just cut you some slack provided you have acceptable reasons. One bad side about a Sagittarian boss is that he can be stubborn and change his mind a lot. Specially when he gets one of his big ideas.
Sagittarians as an employee.
Sagittarians love being with people and working with people. He’s a very good team player. Being always happy and optimistic he will serve as an inspiration or a morale booster for his fellow employees.
Some of the careers or prefessional fields that a Sagittarian could consider are: Entrepreneur, Teacher/Professor, Lawyer, Sales and Marketing, Writer/Journalist, Public Relations, Trader, Sports Instructor, Athlete, Travel Agent, Tourism related fields.
hello everyone !! m completing my 12 this year n I was thinking for pursuing psychology …. is it okk for me I mean is psychology is a good career option..???
Hey, fellas! Great to know many more like me are out there! been changing jobs, questioning life’s purpose and feeling so impractical for most of my life. Now I’m beginning to make peace with myself, which is pretty much to acknowledge that constant changing is perhaps the reason I’m here. Been to an astrologer recently. She helped me with some insights. Guess it comes with trial and error. Wishing all of you patience with finding and reaching new targets, followed by new ones over and over again.
so frustrated by never feeling I’m where I’m meant to be in my job. Own my own business now but feel not intellectually challenged. Glad I’m not the only one. I get bored as soon as I’ve mastered it. May go get my masters but so expensive. I hate feeling like this.
I’m in the same boat. I can’t for the life of me figure out what I’m supposed to be doing. I get bored easily if I master something too quickly, or there’s no intellectual stimulation anymore. So frustrating! ugh.
I’m trying the ‘writing” route. It lets me explore options and be adventurous in a fantasy world. Maybe I’ll eventually go back to school for an English degree, but my God, 4 more years of school-I don’t know if I can do it. Anyway, keep being cool peeps! 😉
Will i go back to working in a school. I’m a level 3 ta.but want to work with younger ones this time.and get into teaching.
I hate feeling this way, never happy with anyone. I grind the day to day and own a small business, business is struggling so I want to sell it and I’m always looking out for a new job. My brain always hurts from stressing myself out. I always feel alone. I want so much from the world but on the other hand I want to walk away from it all and move back home to my families farm.
Hey, I am a student of class 10th and i have given board exams. I am I in dilemma whether to take science or commerce. Please help so that I can proper decision.
I’m 20 yrs old and just start my career in hospitality industry is it good career option for me
I’m constantly changing jobs as well. I’m at a job between 6-9 months. The thing I don’t like about the job where I’m at now is once I’m comfortable at a property and have been situated with a baby sitter they move me again. And I don’t like that, I like fairness flexibility with both my job and my self. If they can’t offer that. No I’m quitting of course. And another thing, I would like a job that offers benefits this one does not. There’s nights where I can’t even sleep because of how shitty I feel dragging myself to this boring job. I feel what my sagittarian fellas are saying.
have changed jobs several times,i feel bored and want to change each time, learnt trade, got bored n stopped,nw i am home, confused of how to move on n wat will be right fr me
So, all of the changing is in the Sagitarian Nature. Then how do you stop this? Settling and having peace in life is important. Every tree has to be planted to grow. So, I need a clear understanding from God of What is HIS purpose is in my life so that I am more life productive
Hello, I am 22 years old and I am stuck in the midst of deciding on a career. I am currently a medical assistant. I was going to go for nursing, but now I am undecided. I know I also want to own my own business, or be a psychologist, cosmetologist, or financial advisor. I am undecided any suggestions?
I too relate to much of what I have read, the good and the bad and it has left me feeling both optimistic and nervous.
I am 30 in December, currently stuck in a boring but relatively well-paying job, wondering like most of you how to shake off the malaise, and looking for answers! The best advice I have picked out in these comments is that if I force myself to stick with something, work hard, earn well, I will buy myself independence and the freedom to travel later on in my life.
Nothing gives me more pleasure than the idea of handing in my notice tomorrow, becoming a travelling development worker, reading a new book every day, learning new skills.
Instead, I am forcing myself to do what Saggitarians seem to struggle with the most: accepting the limitations of the real world around me, learning that life is not always a playground and seeing if I can enjoy parts of my life while providing for an adventurous future.
Let’s see how it goes!
I have no idea how any of you sag’s are paying your bills….lol…nevertheless, I have changed my intended field at least 25 times…..
Get into the travel industry and go places !
FINALLY!!! I UNDERSTAND WHY I AM THE WAY I AM. I HAVE WORKED SO MANY JOBS BECAUSE AFTER A FEW YEARS I GET BORD TO DEATH WITH THEM. I HAVE BEEN REALLY STRESSING OUT ABOUT ALL THIS AND NOT KNOWING WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME. SO GLAD I READ THIS….NOW I UNDERSTAND…BUT WHAT DO I DO ABOUT IT..? AHHH!
Hi fellow Sags! What a relief to read everyone’s comments; I thought I was alone in my never-ending quest for a career passion. It’s nice to know that the search is just apart of our wandering and adventurous spirits.
I’m 30 and have changed my career more times than I can count; but I’ve always felt a love for animal care. Unfortunately, the many jobs related to the field don’t allow for independence, travel, nor creativity. So I am left constantly looking for something that fulfills some of the most fundamental characteristics of being a Sagittarius.
I read a previous comment that said that we are satiated by knowledge, not a career. So I decided I want to go back to school in hopes of better understanding the world and myself.
Just know, fellow Sagittarius, regardless of where you are in your life or your career, you aren’t alone. Good luck and happy learning!
Hi guys.. am so glad reading your comments. am so relieved cos am not alone…..love
sagittarius
This is a frustrating life for us all; all these careers to ya seem so easy but yet we lag on moving forward when we already have something going for ourselves. Lets just take over our quarantine side and master every single thing we want to do. #SagStrong
I’m turning 50 this year. I have had more jobs than my age. I used to beat myself up over that fact. Now I embrace it. We are conditioned to believe that there is only one job for us..one fit but there are several different options to choose from and it’s okay to pursue them. When I found my passion – I found a job to support it. Explore, move, try new things. Stop thinking you have to find or pick one thing.

I just graduated high school, I’ve had 4 different jobs I’ve excelled in but after I’ve been there for too long I begin to feel a loss of freedom and boredom. It leads to me feeling depressed like why am I living my life just to work?for money?? Money isn’t worth my freedom. There’s not one joh I can think of that I will enjoy doing for the rest of my life. I’m thinking before I start college I’ll try to become a flight attendant which will allow me to see the world and grow and become completely independent and free. I’m also into reflexology and psychology so maybe I can work on getting a long term career in both of those things allowing me to switch it up
Am a Sagittarius born on 16th December but I choose nursing as my course to studie Cus it gives me joy and also am learning other skill acquisition
Am greatful to know there are people same like me out there too.feeling trapped every time feeling bored.at the same time will feel bored and depresses if i have nothong to do and dont have the money to pay the bills!you know what i mean..keep strong fellas!
Hello Sags
I have been reading all the comments. I am a spiritual person. Meditation helped me a lot to calm my restless mind and channel my energy in positive way.
First and foremost we should calm our mind and reduce our thoughts. Then automatically we will know our life purpose and then we can work towards it.
All the best sags
